BOLD will help you understand how (or more particularly "where") youre spending your time. After registering, BOLD will begin recording your location data. Wait at least 24 hours and then return to the analysis chart view of the BOLD app to see a summary of how and where youve been spending your time. To make BOLD as accurate as possible, open the app at least once a day and leave it running in the background.
